SLOVAKIA: EMPLOYERS AND BUSINESS OPERATORS MUST NOW REQUIRE A COVID-19 MEDICAL CERTIFICATE FOR PERSONS TO ENTER THE PREMISES OR WORKPLACE

The Slovak Public Health Authority has issued a decree requiring employers and business operators to require evidence of a COVID-19 medical certificate in order to enter the business premises or workplace. As a part of the emergency situation in Slovakia, the decree is valid from 02 November until 9 November 2020 (01:00am).
