In connection with the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in the Czech Republic, the government has already extended some of the support measures from the spring of 2020, as well as adopted new ones.
On 10 November 2020, the Czech Parliament approved an amendment (known as Lex Covid Justice II) which extends the duration of some measures in the area of insolvency introduced by the original Lex Covid Justice from the spring of this year.
