Poland ▬ Amid bans of public gatherings, travel restrictions and switching to remote working due to the coronavirus pandemic, large and small businesses must also adapt by changing the usual way of holding board and shareholders' meetings. As part of its support package, the Polish government is working on an emergency coronavirus bill which, among others, will permit virtual board and shareholders' meetings in all Polish companies and lift existing restrictions for adopting circular resolutions.
