UPDATE DEADLINES – IP LAW

In our Client Alert from 25.3.2020, we presented the measures to extend deadlines implemented by the Austrian Patent Office (ÖPA), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the European Patent Office (EPO) in view of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the meantime, further measures affecting deadlines in Austrian IP law were implemented by the 4th COVID-19-Act and a regulation from the President of the ÖPA.
