On 6 April 2020, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBIH) determined the proposal of the Law on Mitigation of Negative Economic Consequences (Stabilisation Law) and referred it to the urgent parliamentary procedure.
The purpose of the Stabilisation Law is to mitigate the negative economic consequences to the FBiH's economy caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the state of emergency, which was subsequently declared, resulting in the suspension of or serious disruption to the business operation of numerous business entities.
