We continue our COVID-19 Logbook: Legal Updates series and we follow up today with measures taken by the Government to limit the movement of people. We analysed third Military Ordinance issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs as to provide preventive measures against the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and also press releases of ESMA, European Council, Ministry of Labour or Romanian Competition Council.
Today's alert brings not only measures of general interest and application but some that have an impact mainly for the sectors like: employment, transportation, banking and finance and competition.
