Head of the Insolvency, Restructuring & Crisis Management team of Wolf Theiss in Poland, Lech Gilicinski acts as the CEE Coordinator for restructuring, insolvency and distressed investments. Lech was a legal adviser to the Minister of Justice and EBRD throughout the process of implementing the Polish Bankruptcy and Rehabilitation Law of 2003.
