Christine Siegl is a member of the Banking & Finance team and joined the firm in 2010. She has been practicing law since 1998 with a particular focus on regulatory banking law since 2003. Before joining Wolf Theiss, Christine worked within the banking supervision department of the Austrian Financial Market Authority (Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehörde – FMA) for over three years as well as for Raiffeisen Bank International AG, formerly Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich AG. She also gained wide professional experience as a lawyer in other international law firms for several years. Christine is an expert in the financial sector with exceptional knowledge and practical experience in banking and regulatory law as well as in capital markets law. She permanently advises a multitude of Austrian and international institutions in the financial sector, also regarding M&A transactions and debt issuances. She has also authored numerous publications in these fields.
