As the emergency status continues in Romania a long list of measures have been taken in the last recent days.
As such, the Government established a quarantine perimeter around the city of Suceava due to high number of Covid-19 cases, has placed a ceiling for the clawback tax in the healthcare sector, prolonged the maximum approved prices for drugs, simplified the procedure for granting medical leaves, extended the validity of holiday vouchers, issued a highly-expected ordinance allowing debtors to postpone their credit payments and simplified the procedure for obtaining the support scheme and eliminated the pre-existing conditions, extended the categories of persons that benefit from the rights provided by Law no. 19/2020 on granting free days to parents for the supervision of children during the temporary closure of the educational units and mentioned the documents necessary for the attainment of the insertion incentive, the European Securities and Markets Authority has again released statements on further delaying compliance deadlines, has offered fiscal facilities for early payment of profit tax, etc.
