COVID-19 Logbook: Legal Updates is an initiative undertaken by the Bucharest Office of Wolf Theiss as to keep all clients, partners and the Romanian business environment updated with the latest news regarding the legal framework and the emergency measures taken by the public authorities in the context of the current COVID-19 epidemic emergency status.
Attached is the first update prepared on the basis of the Decree no. 195/16.03.2020 issued by the President of Romania, effectively establishing a state of emergency and creating the legal framework necessary to impose certain economic and restrictive measures on the entire country.
