Bulgaria: CPDP Statement on the Latest PPA Amendments: Contracting Authorities need bidders` written consent to disclose their personal data

At the beginning of November 2014, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (`CPDP`) released an opinion on the protection of bidders` personal data in public procurement procedures, considering the amendments made to the Public Procurement Act in May this year (effective as of October 2014) (`PPA`).
