Partner Peter Oberlechner is consistently ranked as one of the leading real estate lawyers in Austria and in the CEE/SEE region. He is regularly involved in complex large scale real estate developments and transactions, including also PPP projects and real estate related M&A projects. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss as a partner in 1999, he has i.a. worked in the Corporate International Department of the New York firm Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle. Peter is i.a. a member of the Chicago based "Counselors of Real Estate (CRE)", an association of elite real estate advisors, and of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In addition to Austrian law degrees, Peter holds an LL.M. degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is admitted to the Austrian and to the Czech bar as an international attorney.
