Klauseln in Mietverträgen wurden in den letzten Jahren eingehend vom OGH geprüft. Nun liegt eine neue Entscheidung vor, die erstmals die Frage der Unzulässigkeit von Klauseln in Verträgen zwischen Verbrauchern (und nicht wie bisher bloß in Unternehmen-Verbraucher-Verträgen) aufgreift.
