WOLF THEISS ADVISES STARWOOD CAPITAL GROUP ON ACQUISITION OF 50% HOLDING IN BUDGET HOTEL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT FROM WARIMPEX
An affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, a global financial investor, has acquired the remaining 50 per cent stake in its joint budget hotel development project in Central Europe from its joint venture partner, Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG, the stock exchange listed office and hotel property developer. WOLF THEISS acted as a legal advisor to Starwood Capital in Austria and the Czech Republic with regard to the transaction.
