Entwicklung und Strukturierung

Wir arbeiten eng mit unseren Klienten in ihren speziellen Branchen zusammen und beraten sie bei allen Arten von infrastruktur- und energiebezogenen Greenfield- oder Brownfield-Projekten von Projektbeginn bis zu ihrem Abschluss. Dazu gehören die Beratung in Bezug auf  Projektstrukturierung, vergaberechtliche Fragen, PPP/Konzessionsverträge, Management- und Entwicklungsvereinbarungen, Steuervorteile, Umweltprüfungen, Genehmigungsfragen, Compliance-Vorgaben und Fragen bei grenzüberschreitenden Investitionen.  

Finanzierung

Wir beraten unsere Klienten bei allen Aspekten der Finanzierung ihrer Projekte und Transaktionen, darunter klassische LMA-Akquisitions- und Projektfinanzierungsstrukturen, und verfügen über spezielle Expertise bei Projekten, die verschiedene Formen strukturierter Finanzierung und Umschuldungsmaßnahmen verbinden, wie Projektbonds, Monetarisierung von Einkommensströmen, Verbriefungen und derivative Produkte.

Aufsichtsrecht und Behördenverfahren

Unser Team berät unsere Klienten in allen umweltrechtlichen Fragen, Genehmigungs- und Lizenzfragen im Zusammenhang mit der Errichtung und dem Betrieb von Energie- bzw. Infrastruktureinrichtungen, inklusive Fragen der Entflechtung und Marktkonformität. Durch unsere Kontakte zu den zuständigen Behörden  unterstützen und vertreten wir unsere Klienten effizient in allen Arten von Verwaltungsverfahren.

Unser Team bietet Klienten branchenspezifisches Fachwissen und rechtliche Beratung bei allen Formen von Handelsvereinbarungen im Zusammenhang mit Energie- bzw. Infrastruktureinrichtungen wie EPC-/O&M-Verträgen, PPP-/Konzessionsverträgen, Liefer- und Abnahmevereinbarungen, sowie Beratung in Bezug auf Transport, Logistik, Vertretung, Vertrieb, Verkauf, Outsourcing- und Offshoring-Konzepte.

Streitschlichtung

Wir vertreten zahlreiche Sektoren der Energie- bzw. Infrastrukturbranche nicht nur in innerstaatlichen Gerichtsverfahren bei staatlichen Gerichten, sondern auch in innerstaatlichen und internationalen Schiedsverfahren nach allen wichtigen Regeln, wie etwa ICSID, ICC und UNCITRAL, und im Zusammenhang mit Handels- und Investitionsstreitigkeiten nach bilateralen Investitionsschutzabkommen und dem Energiecharta-Vertrag.
