Launched at the end of 2007, our Budapest office already has more than 25 lawyers. The team has many years of experience in advising international clients in all aspects of commercial law, including corporate/M&A, property & environmental law, banking & finance, and dispute resolution – with a particular emphasis on the energy sector. We have advised numerous foreign investors interested in setting up new businesses or arranging joint ventures here in Hungary. Other successes include arranging project financing for major energy projects and advising on a range of big commercial property transactions. Whether we are working for domestic or international clients, we recognise that all have their own priorities – and it’s our job to provide answers that work, rather than exhaustive arguments for and against.
