WOLF THEISS' BRYAN W. JARDINE AWARDED OVERALL PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR AT THE FIFTH SEE REAL ESTATE AWARDS

Vienna, 2 June 2010 WOLF THEISS is happy to announce that Bryan W. Jardine, Managing Partner of the Wolf Theiss office in Bucharest, won the SEE Professional of the Year Overall Award at EuropaProperty's 2009 SEE Real Estate Awards. The awards gala was held on May 27 at the Radisson BLU Hotel in Bucharest, under the participation of leading firms and individuals from the dynamic real estate market in the region of Southeastern Europe. The awards were conceived by EuropaProperty, a leading commercial real estate media firm and events and conference organiser, and were this year presented for the fifth time. The prestigious award for "Overall Professional of the Year" went to Bryan W. Jardine from Wolf Theiss Bucharest who was recognized as being one of the region's real estate veterans and for his achievements in 2009. The jury acknowledged his work for clients from the real estate sector but also noteworthy projects like overseeing the development and launch of a dedicated Tax Advisory Company in Romania (Wolf Theiss Tax Advisory Services S.R.L.) as well as his role in managing the Wolf Theiss regional renewable energy practice, which recently created and published The Wolf Theiss Guide to: Generating Electricity from Renewable Sources in Central, Eastern & Southeastern Europe. "I am extremely honoured to receive such an outstanding recognition of my work, which I would like to dedicate to my fabulous team from the Wolf Theiss office in Bucharest. While this award acknowledges the achievements of a single person, I would not have been able to provide this high standard of client service without the support of my colleagues," explains Bryan W. Other prizes from this year's SEE Real Estate Awards like "Project of the Year" and "Company of the Year" were awarded to firms from the office, retail, industrial and residential sectors. Awards were also presented to the best investor, bank, professional service provider, project management, property management, law firm and architectural firm for their activities and accomplishments during 2009.
