16.11.2009: TELCO AG AND WOLF THEISS SELECTED TO ADVISE KOSOVO GOVERNMENT ON TELECOM PRIVATISATION
A consortium consisting of TelCo AG (Liechtenstein/ Austria) and Wolf Theiss (Austria) have won an international tender launched by the Kosovo Ministry of Economy and Finance to serve as transaction advisor on the future privatisation of Post and Telecommunications of Kosovo J.S.C. (PTK), the government-owned telecom and postal company. The transaction advisory service contract to structure and execute the privatisation of PTK was signed by representatives of the consortium and the Kosovo government at a ceremony in Pristina.
