Law Firm Awards 2009, Wolf Theiss beat other nominees to win in the “Law Firm of the Year” category for Austria, for ‘having built an excellent reputation in Austria and Central Europe’. The firm’s most recent activities have been the support of Erste Group Bank AG on the establishment of an issuance programme for bonds guaranteed by the Republic of Austria and the completion of a cross border merger for one of Europe’s leading fashion retailers, C&A, a subsidiary of the multi-national Cofra Holding AG.
